The Second Annual Sau & Brau Pig Roast and Beer Tasting at Drakes Brewing Company in San Leandro is almost upon us.  Come join in on an evening of Good Food (courtesy of The Chop Bar Oakland- http://www.chopbaroakland.com) Good Friends (people tend to like us)  Good Beer (you know it!) and Good Times (Hey Hey Hey) in the seasoned but always "new" Drakes Barrel House.  This year we have lots more taps, twice the space, and twice the pig to put in your face.  Your ticket entitles you to a roasted pork dinner, sides, salad, and dessert.  With paid admission you will get to chose from 20+ complimentary Happy Hour draft beer selections, and you will receive 3 barrel-aged beer tickets (additional barrel-aged beverages will be charged at the regular prices)   During Dinner there will also be a special tasting of a Drakes barrel-aged beer blended specifically for the occasion. 

6-7pm Welcome/Happy Hour (Brau Time!)

7:15pm- Dinner (Sau Time!) 

8pm- Dessert

9pm- Event concludes

This was one of the premier events of San Francisco Beer Week in 2010, so this year get your ticket early (last year tickets sold out fast)   $45 Advance tickets only.  No, No, No tickets will be sold at the door.  Are you listening?  No tickets will be sold at the door.  21 & Over only.  No Wigglers, Groupies, or Entitleletarians.  If you are a Vegan or Vegetarian or have specific dietary needs you might want to think about staying home (Roasted pig is the focus here).... but if you let us know in advance we will do all that we can to assist.
